If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, resalable, unused and unopened condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Download a Return Form
- Complete the Return Form. Make sure to include your order number (#) and your current email address. Be sure to tell us why you are returning the item and if you would like a credit towards other merchandise or a monetary return in the original form of payment.
- Ship your return to us. Make sure to include your return form along with the item that you are returning. We suggest that you use a reputable carrier and that you insure your merchandise.
WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR REFUND
- When Levante USA receives your item we will check the item to make sure that it is in sellable condition. You can expect your refund or credit within 20 days of returning the merchandise.
HOW TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF A REFUND/CREDIT
- When Levante USA processes your returned item, we will email you to let you know that your return has been processed. If 30 days have passed since you shipped back your return merchandise and you have received no correspondence from Levante USA please call us at 877-4-LEVANTE or email us at customerservice@levanteusa.com

EXCHANGE POLICY
Levante USA does not offer exchanges at this time. However, if after returning an item you would like to be refunded in the form of a credit towards future merchandise, please be sure to check the credit box on your Return Form.
